Once you send us an enquiry via e-mail, letter or telephone, our care managers will contact you to discuss your requirements within 24 hours. Our aim is to get to know you personally so we can provide care as you want it. All of the information you provide to us is kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with any third parties. Once we have gathered all your information, we will be able to give you an outline of schedules and costs of your care.
