Arranging care for you or your loved ones is very simple with Loving Angels Care. Our care team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have along the way. Here are the steps we take before we start providing you with our services:
CONTACT
Once you send us an enquiry via e-mail, letter or telephone, our care managers will contact you to discuss your requirements. Our aim is get to know you personally so we can provide care as you want it. All of the information you provide to us is kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with any third parties. Once we have gathered all your information, we will be able to give you an outline of schedules and costs of your care.
CARE NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The next step is the care needs assessment which will be carried out by on of the care managers. This is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know you better in your own home. Our care managers will carry out a number of assessment which includes Moving & Handling Assessment, Environmental Assessment and Medication Assessment. Following this visit, a fully costed package will be offered alongside your tailored care plan. You are under no obligation at this stage and may take as much time as needed to review the care plan.
CARE PLAN
Once you are happy with the care plan, we will finalise your care plan with you and your family, making sure everything included fullfills your needs. If needed, we may identify suitable healthcare professionals to support you in-line with your care plan and arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met. If any additional training is required to support your care requirements, we will organise training at this stage.
SERVICE COMMENCES
Your service will commence with the support from the care staff and care management team.
SERVICE REVIEWS
Review meetings will be scheduled at regular intervals to ensure we are still meeting all your care needs. Should anything need to be updated, we will work with you to make any changes required.
CARER SELECTION
How we hand-pick the best carers
Every carer goes through a 5 stage interview process, which involves activities aimed at testing the candidate's competencies and their performance when placed in different scenarios.
We ensure our carers have all the necessary references and compliance documents, and carry out a full criminal record check.
We regularly review the performance of our carers to make sure standards remain high.
Most importantly, we ask ourselves if we would be happy for them to look after a member of our own family, and if the answer is yes, then we know they’re right for Loving Angels Care.
