Loving Angels Care is a CQC-rated Good care provider, offering specialised services including 24-hour live-in care, home care, dementia care, domestic cleaning, and more. Our focus is on delivering person-centred care, ensuring that each individual receives the most suitable care tailored to their unique needs. As care requirements evolve, we adapt the services we provide to meet those changing needs. Complaints & Concerns procedure

Loving Angels welcomes feedback from our valued service users. We respond positively to concerns and complaints as it helps us to improve our quality of service to our valued service users.  All of our service users have access to our concerns and complaints procedure when the service starts. Service users are free to forward feedback by phone, email or face to face reviews.
