​Phinias Mhunduru is a dedicated professional who brings a unique blend of hands-on care experience and sharp regulatory insight to the field of healthcare compliance. He began his journey in the care sector in March 2023, dedicating a year to providing direct support and compassionate care to individuals in need. This invaluable experience provided them with a deep, firsthand understanding of the daily challenges, responsibilities, and emotional demands of the care environment. It also gave him a crucial perspective on the importance of robust systems and clear protocols in ensuring both client safety and carer well-being.

​Driven by a desire to impact the sector on a broader, more systemic level, Phinias transitioned into a new role as a Compliance Officer in November 2024. In this position, he leverage his practical care experience to develop, implement, and monitor policies that align with industry standards and legal requirements. His work ensures that the organization not only meets its regulatory obligations but also maintains the highest standards of ethical practice.
